How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per arm

Description: Stand facing a wall, arms extended and hands flat against the wall at shoulder height. Slowly walk your hands up the wall as high as possible without lifting your hands off the wall, then gently descend back to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid arching or leaning your body. Perform the movement slowly and control each phase to effectively engage the shoulder muscles.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the height reached on the wall as the exercise becomes easier.
