How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 micro-circles in each direction

Description: Keep your arm extended above your head, maintaining proper shoulder alignment and a stable scapula. With a resistance band anchored, perform small controlled circles in one direction, then in the other, keeping the position stable without moving the rest of the body.

Tips: Focus on scapular stability and avoid compensations from the trunk or neck. Keep the arm fully extended and perform the movements slowly to maintain control of the shoulder.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the band or the number of micro-circles as you master the movement.
