How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 10 seconds per contraction

Description: Position your arm at 90 degrees elevation, forming a right angle. Contract the shoulder muscles by gently pushing against a fixed resistance without moving the arm. Ensure the scapula remains stable and the trunk stays immobile during the exercise.

Tips: Focus on scapular stability and avoid compensating with the back or neck. Breathe normally and maintain the contraction without pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the contraction duration from 10 to 15 seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
