How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Stand upright holding a resistance band in your hand, with the arm positioned diagonally low or high according to schema D1 or D2. Slowly pull the arm diagonally towards the opposite position, combining shoulder flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, and rotation, while controlling the scapula movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and engage your abdominal muscles to stabilize the trunk. Perform the movement slowly to feel the resistance clearly and avoid jerks.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the movement becomes easy.
