How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sit with your back against the wall, shoulder blades in contact with the wall and torso upright. Slowly raise your arms, forming an angle, keeping your elbows and hands in contact with the wall, then gently lower them while controlling the movement.

Tips: Ensure that your shoulder blades do not lift off the wall and keep your back straight throughout the exercise. Perform the movement slowly to mobilize the shoulder without pain.

Progression: When the exercise becomes easy, gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final position for a few seconds before lowering.
