How to do the exercise

Repetitions: 12

Description: Stand facing a wall, hands at shoulder height and slightly wider than shoulder-width. Slowly bend your elbows to bring your chest closer to the wall, then push back to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and shoulders down throughout the exercise. Focus on the sensation of contraction around the scapula to effectively activate the serratus anterior.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or move your feet further from the wall to make the exercise more challenging.
