How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Stand with your back against a wall, feet shoulder-width apart. Slowly bend your knees and hips, sliding your back against the wall until approximately 90 degrees, while raising your arms in front of you at shoulder height. Keep your heels on the ground, torso upright, and knees aligned with your feet, then return to the standing position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Ensure your knees do not collapse inward and keep your back in contact with the wall. Breathe regularly and maintain a stable posture throughout the exercise.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions per set or hold the bottom position for a few extra seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
