How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Stand upright with feet parallel, facing a wall or support for balance. Slowly rise onto the tips of your toes until you touch a visual marker placed at the level of your heel or calf, then gently lower your heels back to the ground.

Tips: Keep your back straight and distribute your weight evenly on the front part of your foot in the raised position. Control the descent to avoid jerks and maximize strengthening.

Progression: Gradually increase the height of the marker or add a light load as the exercise becomes easier.
