Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit on a SwissBall with your spine in a neutral position. Slowly curl your back forward, vertebra by vertebra, keeping the pelvis stable, until your trunk is flexed. Then gently return to the starting position by unrolling the spine.

Tips: Perform the movement slowly and in a controlled manner to mobilize the lumbar region effectively without forcing. Keep the pelvis immobile to isolate lumbar flexion.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or slow down the movement further to improve mobility.
