How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on your back with feet placed on a SwissBall, pelvis in a neutral position. Lift the pelvis to form a straight line from shoulders to knees, then slowly bring your shoulders toward the midline performing a controlled adduction. Maintain control of the pelvis and trunk throughout the movement without letting the back sag.

Tips: Engage your deep abdominal muscles to stabilize the trunk. Keep the pelvis stable and avoid lumbar compensation. Perform movements slowly to maximize effectiveness.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final position longer as the exercise becomes easier.
