How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: In standing or sitting position, keep the arm close to the body with the elbow extended or slightly flexed. Slowly bend the elbow bringing the hand toward the shoulder, while maintaining the shoulder stable and the trunk immobile. Then gently return to the starting position, controlling the movement.

Tips: Perform the movement slowly to avoid any pain and ensure the shoulder does not move during the exercise. Keep the trunk upright and stable.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easy and pain-free.
