How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: With the arm stabilized, start with the elbow bent, forearm close to the body or behind the head depending on the chosen variation. Slowly extend the elbow against resistance until the forearm is straight, without locking the joint. Control the return by gently flexing the elbow.

Tips: Keep the shoulder immobile to isolate the movement at the elbow. Perform the movement slowly to feel the muscle contraction clearly and avoid jerks.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
