How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sitting or standing, keep the forearm stable and the wrist in a neutral position. Slowly rotate the hand outward (supination) then inward (pronation), controlling the movement throughout the full range of motion without moving the elbow or shoulder. Use the opposite hand or a small object to guide or resist if needed.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile to isolate the movement to the wrist. Perform the movement slowly to avoid compensations and maximize mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion or add slight resistance with the opposite hand as the movement becomes easier.
