How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sitting, place your forearm on a table with the wrist free. Start with the wrist and fingers slightly flexed, then slowly and controlledly extend the wrist and fingers by opening them, without moving the forearm. Gently return to the starting flexed position.

Tips: Perform the movement slowly to feel the stretch clearly and avoid any sudden tension. Keep the forearm immobile to isolate the movement at the wrist and fingers.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of the extension phase or add slight resistance with an elastic band when the movement becomes easy.
