Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 20 seconds per stretch

Description: Keep your forearm stable and position your wrist and fingers in a neutral position. With the other hand, gently stretch fingers 4 and 5 as well as the wrist backward until you feel a controlled, pain-free stretch, avoiding movement of the elbow or shoulder. Hold the maximum stretch position, then slowly return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile to isolate the stretch to the wrist and fingers. Do not force and respect the comfort sensation to prevent injury.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold duration of the stretch by 5 seconds each week if the exercise is well tolerated.
