How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Hold: 5 seconds

Description: Place your stable forearm on a surface, with the hand in a neutral position. Slowly extend the MCP joints (finger joints) while keeping the wrist and fingers aligned, without moving the elbow or shoulder. Maintain the maximum extension position for 5 seconds, then gently return to the starting position.

Tips: Perform the movement slowly and control the range well to avoid compensation. Use the opposite hand to assist or provide slight resistance if necessary.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold duration up to 10 seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
