How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per hand

Description: Sitting or standing, place your open hand in front of you with a bandage around the fingers for light support. Slowly flex each joint of the fingers (PIP and DIP) in a segmented manner, gradually curling the fingers toward the palm until forming a closed fist or a claw-like posture depending on the variant. Gently return to the initial open hand position.

Tips: Perform the movement slowly to feel each joint bend clearly. Keep the wrist stable and avoid any pain. The bandage should be comfortable, not too tight or too loose.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of holding the final position as the movement becomes easier.
