How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 20 seconds per hand

Description: Keep your forearm steady and position your wrist in a neutral position. With the other hand, gently stretch the palm backward to stretch the wrist flexors, without moving the elbow or shoulder. Hold the stretch for 20 seconds, then slowly release.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile to target the wrist muscles properly. Do not force the stretch beyond your comfort to avoid pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the stretch duration up to 30 seconds when comfortable.
