How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Seated, place your forearm on a table with the wrist free. Start with the wrist slightly flexed, then slowly extend it against resistance, keeping the forearm immobile. Gently return to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the wrist well aligned with the forearm and avoid moving the forearm. Perform the movement slowly to effectively engage the muscles and prevent jerks.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
