How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 in each direction

Description: Hold a stick with the hand to be mobilized, keeping the forearm stable and the wrist in a neutral position. Slowly perform controlled wrist movements in all possible directions, ensuring the elbow and shoulder remain still. Always return to the neutral position between each movement.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile to isolate the wrist, perform movements slowly to feel the range of motion clearly, and avoid compensating with the shoulder or elbow.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion or add slight resistance with the other hand as the movement becomes easier.
