How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit with your head held upright and your gaze forward. Begin with your mouth closed, jaw relaxed, then slowly open your mouth while ensuring the jaw remains centered, without excessive lateral deviation. Gently use your fingers at the chin to guide or slow down the movement if needed, then close the mouth in a controlled manner.

Tips: Keep the tongue in the prescribed position, breathe calmly, and avoid tension in the neck or shoulders. Carefully control the jaw's trajectory to prevent lateral movements.

Progression: Gradually increase the opening range or the duration of holding the open position as the movement becomes easier.
