How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sit facing a mirror or camera, with your head upright and face relaxed. Slowly close your eyes applying slight pressure with your eyelids, possibly using a finger to gently assist in closing or stretching the eyelid without moving the head. Hold the final position for a few seconds before slowly opening your eyes.

Tips: Keep your head still and face relaxed to effectively target the muscles around the eyes. Do not force too much to avoid discomfort or pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of forced closure up to 5 seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
