How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Duration: Hold for 3 seconds

Description: Sit or stand facing a mirror with a relaxed face. Contract the muscles around the nose to furrow it, wrinkling the upper part of the nose, then hold this contraction for 3 seconds before relaxing.

Tips: Keep your head straight and avoid furrowing the forehead or eyes. Focus solely on the movement of the nose to improve local mobility.

Progression: When the exercise becomes easy, increase the hold duration to 5 seconds.
