How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit with your head held upright and your gaze forward. Place your tongue against the palate, then slowly open your mouth while ensuring that the jaw remains centered without lateral deviation. Gently return to the starting position while keeping the tongue in place.

Tips: Keep the tongue pressed against the palate throughout the movement to guide the jaw. Perform the movement slowly to maintain control of the mandibular axis.

Progression: Gradually increase the opening amplitude without losing control of the jaw trajectory.
