How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit with your back straight and neck extended, head stable. Slowly move the jaw forward (protraction) then gently pull it back (retraction), without moving the head. Always return slowly to the neutral position between each movement.

Tips: Keep the neck immobile and control the movement to avoid tension. If you experience discomfort, reduce the range of motion or consult your therapist.

Progression: When the movement becomes easy, you can apply slight resistance with your fingers on the chin to strengthen the involved muscles.
