How to do the exercise

Duration: Hold for 3 seconds

Description: Sit facing the camera, with your head straight and mouth relaxed. Slowly open your lips to form a wide smile showing your teeth, pulling the corners of the mouth outward and upward symmetrically. Hold this position for 3 seconds before returning to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your head stable and avoid forcing the jaw. Focus on a symmetrical and natural smile.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold time of the smile from 3 to 5 seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
