How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Hold the kettlebell with both hands in front of you, feet shoulder-width apart. Slightly bend your knees and swing the kettlebell between your legs by hinging at the hips, then straighten up by pushing through your legs to bring the kettlebell to chest height, controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and engage your abdominal muscles throughout the exercise. Do not let the kettlebell pull your arms; the movement should be propelled by your legs and hips.

Progression: Gradually increase the weight of the kettlebell or the number of repetitions as you master the technique.
