How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Description: Hold a stick in front of you with both hands, then use the stick to gently lift the affected arm forward and upward, keeping the elbow slightly bent. Raise to the maximum comfortable range without pain, then slowly lower back to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid forcing the movement. Use the stick to support and control the arm's ascent, breathing calmly.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
