How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Standing, arms along the sides of the body, slowly lift the arm forward following a slightly inclined plane (scapular plane) until reaching a comfortable maximum height. Gently lower the arm back to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the shoulder relaxed and avoid shrugging the shoulder or arching the back. Perform the movement slowly to mobilize the joint effectively without pain.

Progression: When the movement becomes easy, gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a light load as recommended by your therapist.
