Description: Sitting or standing, the patient slowly lifts the arm forward into shoulder flexion, assisted by the other hand to guide the movement passively. Then, they return to the starting position while controlling the descent. This movement should be performed smoothly and without pain.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid forcing if you feel discomfort. Breathe calmly throughout the exercise.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion as flexion becomes easier and pain-free.
