How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sitting or standing, keep your scapula stable and your trunk upright. Using the other hand or a support, slowly perform an external rotation of the shoulder while keeping the arm close to the body, then return to the starting position.

Tips: Control the movement to avoid compensating with the trunk or scapula. Do not force the rotation; respect your range of motion without pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of holding in the final position as the movement becomes easier.
