How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Hold a stick with both hands in supination, meaning palms facing up. Keep the scapula stable and the trunk upright, then perform an external rotation of the shoulder by slowly moving the stick away from your body while controlling the movement. Return gently to the starting position.

Tips: Ensure not to arch the back and keep the scapula well fixed to protect the shoulder. Perform the movement slowly to properly mobilize the joint.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of holding the final position as the movement becomes easier.
