How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Tempo: Slow and controlled movement

Description: In a standing or seated position, bend the arm at 90 degrees at the elbow, with the elbow close to the body. Perform an external rotation of the shoulder by moving the hand away from the body without moving the elbow, then slowly return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the elbow pressed against the body to isolate shoulder rotation. Control the movement to avoid jerks and do not force beyond your comfortable range.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a light weight when the movement becomes easy.
