How to do the exercise

Description: In standing or sitting position, slowly raise the arm as if preparing to throw, controlling the movement until reaching a comfortable maximum range. Gently lower the arm back to the starting position without jerks.

Tips: Focus on the sensation of the movement and keep the shoulder muscles engaged for optimal control. Avoid sudden or rapid movements that could disrupt proprioception.

Progression: Gradually increase the movement speed while maintaining control, or add slight resistance when the movement becomes easy.
