How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Attach a resistance band at a low height and hold it with the hand on the side to be strengthened. Keeping the scapula stable, with the arm aligned with the trunk, slowly flex the shoulder by pulling the band forward to a comfortable range without elevating the shoulder.

Tips: Control the movement to avoid jerks and keep the elbow slightly bent and aligned with the wrist. Do not let the shoulder lift during the exercise.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the movement becomes easy.
