How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Stand, sit, or lie down with an elastic band secured under your hand. The arm starts along the body or in front of the trunk, then slowly lift the arm forward to shoulder height or the maximum allowed range, keeping the elbow straight or slightly bent and the scapula well controlled. Slowly lower back to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid forcing the shoulder beyond pain. Control the movement to gently mobilize the shoulder.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion or resistance of the elastic band as the exercise becomes easier.
