How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, with an elastic band fixed in front of you. While bending your knees, descend into a squat while pulling the elastic band towards you with your arms, keeping your elbows close to your body. Return to the standing position by gently releasing the tension of the elastic.

Tips: Keep your back straight and gaze forward throughout the movement. Control the descent and ascent to avoid jerky motions. Ensure proper engagement of shoulder muscles during the pulling phase.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
