How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Description: Place a gym ball between your hand and a wall, with your arm at shoulder height and your scapula well stabilized. Gently push the ball against the wall while keeping your trunk upright and control the movement of your shoulder throughout the exercise. Slowly return to the starting position without losing scapular stability.

Tips: Keep your scapula fixed to avoid compensations. Breathe regularly and avoid arching your back.

Progression: Gradually increase the pressure on the ball or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
