How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: In standing or sitting position, keep the arm close to the body with the elbow extended or slightly flexed. Slowly flex the elbow by bringing the hand towards the shoulder while maintaining the shoulder stable and the trunk immobile. Then gently return to the starting position, controlling the movement.

Tips: Perform the movement slowly to mobilize the joint properly without forcing. Ensure the shoulder and trunk do not move to isolate the elbow.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
