How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Seated, support your affected arm with the opposite hand or a stick. Start with the elbow flexed, then slowly extend the elbow by helping with the opposite limb until the arm is fully straightened, without moving the shoulder.

Tips: Ensure the shoulder remains stable and avoid compensations. Perform the movement slowly to properly mobilize the joint.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or decrease the assistance from the opposite hand as mobility improves.
