How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Seated, place your forearm on a support with the hand extending beyond the edge, wrist in a neutral position. Slowly tilt your wrist laterally towards the thumb (radial inclination) or towards the little finger (ulnar inclination) without flexing or extending the wrist. Return very slowly and in a controlled manner to the neutral position between each repetition.

Tips: Keep the elbow immobile and focus on a smooth, controlled movement to maximize mobility without pain.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance by holding a small weight or elastic band as the movement becomes easier.
