How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Description: Sitting or standing, place one hand behind the head to gently guide the head backward into a cervical retraction. Perform the movement slowly until you feel a comfortable stretch at the back of the neck, then return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the chin slightly tucked and avoid lifting or lowering the head during the movement. Do not force; the movement should remain controlled and pain-free.

Progression: Gradually increase the depth of retraction or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
