How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Sit or stand upright, look straight ahead. Slowly tilt your head towards one shoulder, trying to bring the ear closer to the shoulder without lifting the shoulder. Gently return to the neutral position and repeat on the other side.

Tips: Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed during the movement. Perform the exercise slowly and smoothly to avoid tension.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of the hold in the tilted position as the movement becomes easier.
