How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Tempo: Slow movement

Description: Sitting or standing, keep the head upright and the chin in a neutral position. Perform a cervical retraction by gently pulling the head backward without moving the thorax, then apply light pressure with the hand to increase mobilization. Execute the movement slowly and maintain good posture.

Tips: Keep the back straight and avoid tilting the head forward or sideways. Do not force the pressure; it should remain comfortable.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of pressure or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
