How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per arm

Description: Sitting or standing, extend the arm laterally with the palm facing upward. Slowly flex the wrist and fingers while tilting the head to the same side, then return to the initial position by extending the wrist and tilting the head to the other side. Perform this nerve sliding movement in a controlled manner without forcing.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid intense pain. The movement should be smooth and gradual to promote nerve mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
