How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Sitting, place an elastic band or a strap around the head fixed to a stable point in front of you. Slowly turn your head to one side while maintaining slight traction with the strap to guide the movement. Gently return to the neutral position and repeat on the other side.

Tips: Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed during the exercise. Perform the movement slowly and smoothly to maximize cervical mobilization.

Progression: Gradually increase the rotation or resistance of the strap as the movement becomes easy and pain-free.
